The sweetest couple got married today at the magical Starling Lane Winery on Old West Saanich Road. Starling Lane is one of those places that is so incredibly beautiful that there is often not a lot that needs to be added in flowers. How lucky were we to be able to use some of the incredible roses and other blooms from the gardens on the property.
The chuppa was adorned with a beautiful mix of garden blooms.
The aisle was lined with hanging mason jars, hung from some rustic shepherd hooks, and we laid a “carpet” of fragrant rose petals
The bouquets were filled with a stunning combination of garden blooms, roses, hydrangeas, stock, scabiosa, ladies mantle, and some beautiful peonies. The bouts were a bloom of freesia and some lavender.
Happy Bride and Bridesmaids.
Then it was off the beautiful Sea Cider Farm and Ciderhouse for a dinner reception under a beautiful tent. The centrepieces were combination of beautiful antique silver pieces and mason jars filled with all sorts of garden blooms in a whimsical way.
Isn’t the tent smashing with the beautiful chandeliers?
And do you wanna know the best part? Ute Mueller of Foto Art and her friend Jen Steele were there to capture the whole thing. Can’t wait to see her images, just can’t wait!
